First Birthday/ Cake Smash

This little girl’s Mama reached out about doing a first birthday cake smash for her daughter. She loved the light from a previous airplane session, so we went ahead with that location. The yellow plane really does bring out the warmth from the sunset.

I am so happy to have made connections at my local tiny airport. Without the amazing staff, these cute photoshoots wouldn’t be possible!

Love this sweet image of everyone helping the birthday girl out! She’ll be able to look back on these photos one day and not just have cute memories, but she’ll be able to see how loved she is! I love getting behind the scene moments during portrait sessions. It really helps the gallery tell a story.
